基于ZigBee的数据采集和监控系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

基于ZigBee设计了智能工业数据采集和监控系统。该系统主要分为3个部分,底层是以TI公司的CC2530芯片为中央处理器,并且具有采集和传输数据功能的无线传感器网络,网络节点又可分为协调器、路由器和终端节点。中间层是由VS软件和C#语言编程实现,具有从底层协调器接收数据并保存到数据库的功能,而且进一步搭建Web服务器。上层则是PC端的人机界面,通过访问Web服务器得到数据库中的数据,并且呈现给用户。该系统将物联网技术应用于工业领域,能够实现对工业现场数据的远距离实时监控,大大解放了劳动力。%This paper designed a data acquisition and monitoring system based on ZigBee. The sys-tem is mainly divided into three parts. The bottom layer is CC2530 chip of Texas Instruments as central processor. It has the function of data acquisition and transmission of wireless sensor networks. The net-work nodes can be divided into three parts, the coordinator, routers and terminal nodes. Interlayer is a-chieved by Visual Studio software and C# programming language. It can receive data from the underlying coordinator and save the data to the database. Besides, we build the Web server in the interlayer. The upper layer is the PC man-machine interface, getting data in the database mentioned before though the Web server , and presented to the users. The system is an application of Internet of things technology in the industrial field, through which we can realize the real-time monitoring of the remote industrial field data. It can greatly liberate the workforce.
