S7-200 PLC在油库油量监测系统中的应用

The liquid level measurement system that based on the SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC is designed to optimize the original measurement method of the oil tank level, choosing a guided wave radar water-level meter as the sensor, the host computer can display the liquid level, the volume, the weight and other parameters by calibrating the volume and weight of the oil tank level. The system also has the function of automatic alarm of the high and low level and historical data query, which can ensure the security and stability of the system.%针对原来油罐油量测量精度差、效率低的问题，采用导波雷达液位计作为前端传感器，设计了基于西门子S7-200 PLC的液位测量系统，并通过对油罐液位对应的体积和质量进行了标定，实现上位机实时显示油罐中油量的液位、体积和质量等参数，同时具备高、低液位自动报警和历史数据查询功能，保证了系统安全稳定运行。
