文章对先进过程控制( APC)的原理、系统结构进行了详细地介绍。结合数理统计原理,分析了APC对于提高装置经济效益的计算方法,阐明了APC系统通过减少关键过程变量波动,将过程操作区域推向最佳效益点,从而实现挖潜增效的工作过程。以精馏塔为例,分别举例计算存在过度分离和存在产品损失两种情况下,APC的效益贡献。%In this paper, the fundamental principles of advanced process control ( APC) and the sys-tem architecture were introduced in detail. The methodology of APC benefit analysis was discussed ac-cording to the related mathematical principles. This paper illuminated that APC system was able to im-prove the economic performance of the plant because it would help to push the operation to the optimum point by reducing the variation of process variables. Distillation column was taken as an example and APC’s benefit was calculated respectively in two cases ( the case of over purification and the case of valua-ble product loss) .
