金属物体探测定位器设计

     

摘要

According to the electromagnetic induction principle, a metal objet detecting locator has been designed by using LDC1000 which is the world's first inductance -to -digital converter from TI company. It has studied the coin and iron hoop localization algorithm specially, and achieved the higher accuracy by test. The locator takes the single chip microcomputer as the control core and reads data from LDC1000 through the SPI connection. After the identification and processing of data, it controls the step-per motor driving the LDC1000 in the specified regional independent carpet detect movement. When the metal objects are found and the precise position is assumed, the locator will give a warning with the a-cousto-optic signal.%根据电磁感应原理,应用TI公司的世界首款电感到数字的转换器LDC1000设计了金属物体探测定位器. 特别研究了硬币、铁环的定位算法,经测试达到了较高的准确度. 该定位器以单片机为控制核心,通过SPI接口读取LDC1000 感知的变化的物理量,数据经识别、处理,控制步进电机带动LDC1000在指定区域自主进行地毯式探测运动,当发现金属物体时,精确定位,并以声光信号报警.
