利用白云鄂博含铌尾矿制备铌铁工艺的研究

摘要

The characteristics of existing states of niobium in Bayan Obo REE-Nb-Fe deposit were analyzed, meanwhile, traditional methods of producing ferrocolubium and niobium extraction processes from Bayan Obo deposit were summarized. On this basis, a new preparation process of ferrocolubium from Bayan Obo niobium-bearing tailings is proposed according to the defects of the existing processes. Hence, a new thought is proposed in order to settle the issue of comprehensive utilization of niobium in Bayan Obo REE-Nb-Fe deposit.%分析了白云鄂博稀土铌铁复合矿中铌资源的赋存特点,总结了铌铁生产原理与方法以及我国现有以白云鄂博含铌尾矿为原料的铌铁制备工艺流程.在此基础上,针对现有工艺中的不足,提出了一种新型铌铁制备工艺流程,为解决我国白云鄂博矿铌资源的综合利用问题提供了一种新的思路.
