城市下水污泥循环流化床焚烧工艺分析

污泥焚烧是污泥减量化、无害化和稳定化处置最彻底的方法,也是国际上污泥处理的主流方法.循环流化床污泥焚烧技术具有工艺先进、运行安全的特点,且投资成本和运行费用低,为污泥的处理处置提供了先进可行的技术.在循环流化床一体化污泥焚烧工艺中,污泥自持燃烧的含水率为75％.%Incineration,as a major international technology,is the best method to realize reduction,stabilization,and harmlessness for sewage sludge disposal.The technology of sewage sludge incineration using circulating fluidized bed has some characteristics with advanced process,safety operation,lower investment and operation cost,which provides a feasible technology for sewage disposal.In the process of integrated incineration of circulating fluidized bed,the moisture content of sewage sludge is 75％ for self-assistant combustion.
