双管程热交换器换热特性研究

摘要

通过对双管程热交换器结构和工作原理介绍,利用经典对流换热理论,采用定性判断和定量比较的方法,分析双管程热交换器与管壳式换热器的换热能力.对双管程热交换器而言,换热能力上,竞争优势明显;流动阻力上,无明显优势.在低品位能源余热利用方面,对深化双管程热交换器的研究,优化设备结构、降低成本有一定意义,值得工程技术人员借鉴与参考.%The heat-exchange capability of two tube side heat exchanger and recuperative heat exchanger is evaluated through qualitative judgement and quantitative compare with the introduction of two side heat exchanger's structure and working theory based on famous heatexchange theory of convection.Tow tube side heat exchanger has its obvious competitive advantage on heat-exchange but not on flow resistance.It has certain significance on further research of two tube side heat exchange,optimising equipment construction and cost reduction in respect of recovery waste heat,which are worth using for reference to engineering technicians.
