The research is based on the convection and radiation coupling mechanism,using the method in which theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are combined to study the optimization of heat integration of Chinese food stove.Study results indicate that the properties of flue gas have a greater influence on coupled heat transfer,while the properties of bottom of pots influence less.The radiation inhibits the convection,and when the amounts of convection heat in the bottoms of pots account for larger proportion of the total heat,the transfer efficiency is higher.%基于对流-辐射耦合机理,采用理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法对中餐一体化炉灶进行热能优化研究.研究结果表明:烟气物性对耦合换热影响较大,锅底物性对耦合换热影响较小,且辐射抑制对流传热过程,当锅底的对流传热量占总吸热量比例较大时,传热效率较高.
