低压环境下水平射流喷雾燃烧火焰形态实验研究

         

摘要

高原环境下大气压力降低,影响火焰形态变化.在低气压舱内,对大气压力在0.05~0.10MPa环境压力下进行了柴油喷雾燃烧实验.采用摄影法记录火焰变化,采用Matlab对火焰视频处理,对其火焰长度、宽度,抬升特性及脉动频率进行分析.得到不同低压环境下水平喷雾燃烧火焰形态的变化规律,并发现在低压环境下浮力对火焰末端抬升特性影响明显.%In the plateau,lower atmospheric pressure affect the change of flame shape.In the hypobaric chamber(0.05~0.10MPa),diesel spray combustion experiment was carried out.Photography method is used to record the change of the flame,and the flame video was disposed by Mat-lab.the flame length,width,lifting characteristics and pulsation frequency were analyzed. Under different subatmospheric pressure conditions, the varying laws of flame morphology of horizontal jet spray combustion were found, and buoyancy has a significant effect on flame lifting char-acteristics of flame extreme at subatmospheric pressures.
