Taking the silicon steel radiant-tube heating furnace as the study object,the mathematical model of the strip steel radiant-tube heating furnace was established,the strip thermal exchange in furnace was analyzed with imaginary planes method,and the thermal exchange process was calculated with programming.The related parameters of the furnace and the optimized parameters could be calculated,which provided effective basis for the future design and maintenance work.%以硅钢辐射管加热炉为研究对象,建立了带钢辐射管加热炉的数学模型,并采用假想平面法进行炉内带钢传热分析,通过编写计算程序对传热过程进行迭代计算.通过计算可以得出加热炉实际运行的相关参数,并且能提供优化设计方案参数,为今后设计工作及维护工作提供了有力依据.
