丰田生产方式的物流系统研究

摘要

简单介绍了丰田生产方式(TPS)。从工厂布置、物料搬运、物流管理与控制等方面研究了TPS物流系统，总结了TPS物流系统的特点，为进一步研究TPS物流系统设计打下了基础。%Simply introduce TPS, deeply study the Material Flow System of TPS from the following aspects--plant layout, material handling and material flow control, and conclude its features. The paper will play a positive role in the deep research of the Material How System of TPS.
