Analyze static ERP and dynamic ERP,point out that the dynamic ERP embodies mainly in the management concept and the software of DEM. Research the compositions of DEM and how to construct it with the component technology.%对静态ERP系统和动态ERP系统进行了分析和对比，指出动态ERP系统主要体现在动态企业建模的管理理念和软件的实现。文中具体论述了动态企业模型的构成，并对应用组件技术进行动态企业建模以及建立动态企业模型的途径进行了探讨。
