Graphene known as a kind of new material which maybe change the future, sets off the related research upsurge in the world. It’s a critical period for the application of graphene from the laboratory research, and in order to explore the path of graphene industrialization in China, some research has been done. This paper presents the significance of the development of graphene industry, the attitude of developed countries and international famous enterprises to it, the status of graphene industry in China Policy and the challenges of Chinese graphene industry. On the basis of analyzing the property of graphene and application in various fields, prospects four main paths for the development of graphene industry in China. It’s major projects traction, key industries application demonstration, industry-university-research institution-customer coordinated promotion, and innovation platform agglomeration development.%石墨烯在世界掀起了一股研究热潮，被誉为改变未来的新材料，未来十年是石墨烯从实验室步入应用的关键时期。本文通过阐述石墨烯产业的战略意义，分析石墨烯在我国的产业化路径，分析发达国家和国际名企对发展石墨烯的态度，石墨烯产业在我国政策中的地位以及我国石墨烯产业当前面临的问题。并在分析石墨烯特性和各领域中应用前景的基础上，设想了四条我国发展石墨烯产业的主要路径，分别是重大工程牵引推动，重点行业应用示范，产学研用协同推进和创新平台集聚发展1。
