服务贸易进口、知识外溢效应与本土服务部门效率提升--基于我国跨行业数据的实证

摘要

With the growth and structural improvement of service trade in opening condition,strengthen knowledge spillover in service import and its effect on improving local efficiency of service department,has gradually become an important aspect for modernization of service in China. Based on trans - industry panel data,and in highlighting heterogeneity of knowledge source,this paper reveals significant knowledge spillover of service trade and its influence on native efficiency improvement in service industry. As being two important channels of knowledge spillover,structure decomposition analysis shows that requirement of higher collabora-tive production determine more significant intra - industry knowledge spillover effect than inter - industry knowledge spillover effect. Further discussion also confirms that more close and direct connection with Europe and America is of the key in promoting knowledge spillover effect when taking expanding geographical space of service trade into account.%随着开放环境下我国服务贸易增长和结构变化，细分服务进口知识外溢效应并据此而有差别地推动本土服务部门效率水平提升，既利于我国现代服务业转型升级，也有利于增进居民服务消费的福利。在充分考虑服务分行业研发知识源异质性前提下，用面板数据方法进行实证研究，发现我国服务贸易进口存在较显著的知识外溢，对本土服务部门效率水平提升具有推动作用。在更高协同性要求下，服务产业间进口的知识外溢比服务产业内进口表现出更显著的效率水平提升作用。还需重点加强与欧美等发达市场更直接的联系，进而获得源于这些市场更高质量的服务贸易进口知识外溢及其对本土服务部门效率水平提升作用。
