基于遗传算法的纺纱生产调度研究

摘要

研究了纺纱企业基于订单的生产模式，分析了车间机台调度的特点。在完成订单的情况下以企业损耗最小化为目标，建立了生产调度的数学模型，并应用遗传算法对其进行求解，最后通过实例对其进行验证，结果显示该方法有效，可以应用于纺纱生产中。%This paper studies the spinning enterprise mode of production based on orders,and anaIyzes the features of shop scheduIing.In the case of compIete orders to minimize the Ioss of business goaIs,deveIoping the mathematicaI modeI of production scheduIing and appIication of genetic aIgorithms to soIve them,and finaI y vaIidated their by exampIes.The resuIts show that the method is effective and can be appIied to the spinning production.
