This paper developes a wood packing box side belt processing control system based on ARM+VB.Automatic detection of cutting tools position and processing length,and automatic control of cutting angle,perforating,gear punching,in-dentation and cutting off is realized with STM32F103b microcontroller.The upper computer display processing information in the form of electronic ruler,and a control algorithm for the automatic arrangement of the gears is presented.%研发了一款基于ARM+VB的木板包装箱边带加工控制系统.下位机以STM32F103B为控制核心,实现了边带加工中刀具位置检测、剪角、腰孔、冲齿、插齿、扩边、切断和长度计量的自动检测与控制.上位机以电子尺形式显示加工信息,并提出了一种冲齿和插齿自动排列的控制算法.运行结果表明,系统加工效率高、误差小,实现了木板包装箱边带加工的自动化.
