This paper refers a digital watermark encryption algorithm based on DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform).The al-gorithm use a binary image as watermark information,throughing Arnold transform scrambling encryption.Then utilize the spread-spectrum technology embedded into the image of Mid-frequency section.Experiment shows that the approach has good robustness and security.Moreover,the non-geometric attacks such as cutting,filtering and noise can be wel defended.%在基于离散余弦变换DCT域基础上,提出一种数字水印加密算法。该算法以二值图像作为水印信息,通过Arnold变换置乱加密后,采用扩频技术嵌入到载体图像的中频部分。实验结果表明,该算法具有很好的鲁棒性和安全性,并能有效抵抗如滤波、噪声和剪切等常见的非几何攻击。
