门式斗轮机自动控制优化研究

摘要

This paper analyzes the basic control mode at home and gantry bucket,and introduces the composition of the reclaimer control system,a detailed description of the Huaneng Ruijin power plant turbine bucket revamping scheme of au-tomatic control system.After the completion of the transformation,reducing the bucket run time,save energy,improve the bucket work efficiency,reduce man-made bucket equipment failure rate.%目前燃煤电厂的堆煤取煤工作还是斗轮机司机就地操作，这种传统方法使得斗轮机工作效率低。随着科学技术的发展，有必要对斗轮机控制方式进行改造，以华能瑞金电厂斗轮机自控控制系统改造为案例，分析了目前国内门式斗轮机的基本控制方式，介绍了斗轮机控制系统构成，详细说明了华能瑞金电厂斗轮机自动控制系统改造方案。改造完成后，减少了斗轮机空跑时间，节约能源，提高了斗轮机工作效率，降低人为因素造成的斗轮机设备故障率。
