溪洛渡水电站深覆盖层段竖井施工

     

摘要

介绍了一种“边开挖边衬砌”的施工方案,该方案合理修正了设计参数,井口段采用明挖成井,井身段浇筑混凝土衬砌,自上而下按照开挖、支护和混凝土浇筑的顺序循环进行,衬砌内埋设排水管和灌浆管,浇筑完成后进行壁后灌浆。施工时,采用井内大盘形成作业平台、自进式锚杆增设花孔灌浆支护等技术,有效地解决了深覆盖层难以成井、易出现垮塌的问题。%A kind of construction scheme , lining while excavation , is introduced .The scheme correct the design param-eters reasonably , open cut to form the shaft in the wellhead , pouring concrete lining in the well bore , cycle construct by the turn excavation-support-concrete pouring from top to bottom , bury drainage pipes and grouting pipes in the lin-ing, back wall grouting after the concrete pouring completed .The employed techniques such as using the borehole crank as work platform and automatic anchor pole with additional quincunx-hole-grouting support during the construction process are effectively to solve the problems such as difficult to form well in deep overburden layer and easy to collapse .
