水布垭电厂03开关操作机构解体大修工艺

摘要

The overhauling of No .3 switch operation device of generator output end in Shuibuya hydropower station is in-troduced , including the fault condition , main process and technical procedures of the overhaul .Possible reason of this fault is also analyzed after the overhauling .It shows that aging of the seal could be the main reason of the frequent ran-dom faulty operation of the switch device .Precautions are then proposed .%介绍了水布垭电厂发电机出口开关操作机构故障情况及其解体大修主要工艺流程、工艺方法。解体检查后，对03开关操作机构的故障进行了分析，认为密封圈老化是造成操作机构随机性频繁打压的最主要原因，并提出了防范措施。
