惠州蓄能水电厂黑启动程序流程浅析

蓄能电站是电网重要的调峰调频电站，也是黑启动电源之一。针对电网事故中，电站的黑启动能力对电网恢复输送电的重要性，介绍了惠州蓄能水电厂黑启动程序流程，分析了整个黑启动过程，可为类似项目的程序设计提供参考。%Pumped storage power stations are of great importance to electric power grid because they are usually acting as the load balancing and frequency regulation stations and also the power sources of black start .In case of a power grid ac-cident, the black start capability of power stations is crucial for the restoration of power grid .The black start procedure used in Huizhou Pumped Storage Hydropower Station is introduced and analyzed , which could be a useful reference for similar projects .
