水布垭电站引水隧洞下平段高强钢引管法接触灌浆设计与施工

             

摘要

针对水布垭电站地下厂房引水隧洞下平段地质条件较差、水头大、受力条件复杂,采用留孔灌浆和二次开孔灌浆方案,很难满足施工质量要求的问题,提出采用引管法接触灌浆方案。介绍了引管法接触灌浆的设计及施工措施。结果表明,该方法取得了良好的效果。%Because of the poor geological condition , high water head and complex stress state in the lower horizontal sec-tion of diversion tunnels in Shuibuya Hydropower Station , construction quality of ordinary pre-bored grouting or seconda-ry-bored grouting schemes are usually not satisfactory .Thus, a contact grouting scheme with high-strength steel guiding pipe is proposed .Details of the design and construction measures are introduced .Satisfactory results are obtained with this scheme .
