发电机转子发生偏心时,定转子之间会产生周期性不平衡电磁力,气隙磁场也会发生较大的变化。针对加拿大某电站水轮发电机组转子轻微偏心时进行电磁性能研究,建立了水轮发电机在理想状态和偏心状态下的有限元模型,分析了额定负载下的磁场分布、气隙磁密及输出电压波形、电流波形等数据。通过对比得到发电机转子轻微偏心时的电磁性能,可为发电机转子偏心处理和诊断提供一定的理论依据。%In the hydropower generator unit with an eccentric rotor, unbalanced electromagnetic forces will be generated cyclically between the rotor and the stator.The magnetic distribution within the air gap will also be of significant chan-ges.A numerical study is carried out on the electromagnetic performance of the hydropower generator unit with a slightly eccentric rotor in a hydropower station in Canada.The magnetic field distribution, flux density distribution in the air gap, output voltage waveform and current waveform are analyzed and compared based on finite element models of the generator under ideal and eccentric conditions, which could be theoretical guidelines for handling and diagnosing the ro-tor eccentricity.
