风-光-水-储微电网运行控制策略与仿真

     

摘要

According to the advantageous characteristics of green energy resources such as the wind, solar and hydro power energy, an independent microgrid system with complementary wind-solar-hydro-battery modules is proposed.A three-level monitoring system based on the IEC61850 standard specification is designed specifically.Based on the droop control principle of the energy storage converter, the switching strategy and processes between two operation modes of the microgrid are analyzed in detail.Finally, simulation analysis shows that the control strategy is able to realize the seam-less switching of the system operation modes and guarantee the continuous and stable power supply of the system.%根据风能、太阳能及水能等绿色能源的资源优势特点,提出了一种风-光-水-储多能源互补的独立型微电网系统,并针对该系统设计了基于IEC61850标准规约的微电网三层监控体系. 基于储能变流器下垂控制原理,详细分析了微电网两种运行模式的切换策略及流程. 最后,通过仿真分析验证了控制策略能实现系统运行模式的无缝切换,保证系统的连续稳定供电.
