浅谈抽水蓄能电站联合控制策略

         

摘要

Integrated by active power and reactive power control, using the feature of either power or load, it is given to grid the possibility of bidirectional control by joint control of pump storage power plant with flexible operation and rapidly response .Based on the operation of load group control of plants within grid of East China, This paper mainly describes the basic structure of plant joint control, the control mode of plant and unit ,the strategy of load and voltage control, the way of calculation and distribution of setting points to provide the possibility for being mindful the chalenge of large power supply and interrupted power supply.%集有功和无功控制于一体的抽水蓄能电站联合控制,充分利用抽水蓄能机组即可电源又可负荷的特性,其灵活的调控方式,迅速的调节响应,赋予电网智能化双向调控的空间。本文在华东电网各抽水蓄能电站负荷成组已投入运行的基础上,进一步介绍了抽水蓄能电站联合控制的基本构架,电站及机组控制模式,负荷和电压控制的基本策略,有功、无功控制指令的计算和分配方法,为电网应对大功率输送、大规模间歇性电源接入提供可能的手段。
