浅析牛栏沟水电站机组出力不足原因分析及解决办法

         

摘要

本文针对牛栏沟水电站汛期出现拦污栅堵塞造成机组效率下降的情况,根据水轮机出力的特点,分析水头损失的成因,对该机组出力不足进行简要分析,根据机组设计特点、现场实际运行情况,提出避免和消除拦污栅堵塞增大水头损失的措施。从理论上分析了该水轮机出力和效率的主要影响因素,为节能降耗和机组安全稳定运行提供保障,其结论能为灯泡贯流式机组在云南的发展提供一定的参考,同时也为以后灯泡贯流式机组在云南的应用积累一定经验。%This paper for niulangou hydropower station in flood season trashrack plugged caused a decline in the efficiency of the unit, according to the characteristics of the turbine output, analysis of the causes of head loss and the unit insufficient output is analyzed briefly, according to the actual characteristics of unit design, field operation is proposed to avoid and eliminate the trashrack plugged increase head loss measures. From the theoretical analysis of the main influencing factors of the turbine output and ef iciency, to provide protection for the energy saving and safe and stable operation, the conclusion can provide some reference in the development of Yunnan for the bulb turbine units, but also for the future of bulb tubular unit applied to accumulate some experience in Yunnan.
