常规水电结合开发抽水蓄能效益分析及开发建议

摘要

This paper analyzes the comprehensive benefit of the conventional hydropower combined with the development of the pumped storage power station,takes a cascade hybrid pumped storage site in the northwest region as an example to analyze the direct economic benefits,the capacity efficiency,the peak shifting efficiency,the rotation reserve benefit and so on.The results show that the conventional hydropower combined with the development of pumped storage has significant economic and social benefits.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the development,which is of great significance to promote the development.%本文分析了常规水电结合开发抽水蓄能的综合效益,并以西北地区某梯级混合式抽水蓄能站点为例,具体分析了其产生的直接经济效益、容量效益、调峰效益、旋转备用效益等多种效益,结果表明,常规水电结合开发抽水蓄能具有显著的经济、社会效益.最后对常规水电结合抽水蓄能开发提出了一些建议,对推进二者结合开发具有一定指导意义.
