深圳抽水蓄能电站首台机甩负荷试验关键技术研究

         

摘要

The paper takes Shenzhen pumped storage power station as an example.First,the main methods and factors to be considered for the optimal calculation of the guide vane closing law are described,and the recommended guide vane closing law and the actual debugging closing law are compared and analyzed,so the feasibility of the actual closing law is confirmed.Then,the simulation extremes and the measured extremes of the 25%Nr,50%Nr,75%Nr,and 100%Nr load rejection conditions of the first unit are analyzed respectively,and according to the comparison between the measured value and the simulated value in the conditions of law load rejection,partial load rejection and full load rejection,the gradual approaching modified method is applied to modify the simulation results.The modified simulation extreme value is basically the same with the measured extreme value.Finally,the recorded data of the load rejection of the first unit are analyzed,and the simulated value and measured value are compared,so the reliability and accuracy of the mathematical modeling,simulation calculation and guide vane closing law in the transient process of this power station are verified.Therefore,it can provide a reference for the analysis and study of the load rejection test for the subsequent units.%本文以深圳抽水蓄能电站为例,首先阐述了导叶关闭规律优化计算的主要方法和考虑因素,并将计算推荐的导叶关闭规律与实际调试的关闭规律进行了对比分析,确认了实际调试的关闭规律的可行性;然后,分别分析了首台机甩25%N、50%Nr、75%Nr、100%N负荷各工况的计算与实测极值,并根据相近水头下机组甩低负荷、部分负荷和满负荷下的实测值与计算值的对比,采用逐步趋近的修正方法对计算结果进行修正,计算修正后的极值与实测极值基本一致;最后,对首台机组甩负荷试验时的实测录波数据进行分析研究,并通过计算值与实测值的对比分析,验证了该电站机组过渡过程的数学建模、仿真计算和导叶关闭规律等方面的可靠性和准确性,为后续机组甩负荷试验的分析研究提供参考.
