用离子膜电解槽无硒电沉积金属锰

             

摘要

研究了用阴离子膜电解槽在硫酸盐体系中无硒电解金属锰,采用循环伏安法研究了阴极电化学机制。单因素条件试验确定的最佳电解条件为:锰离子质量浓度30 g/L ,硫酸铵质量浓度135 g/L ,电解温度35℃,阴极液pH=7.7,电流密度450 A/m2,SO2添加量为0.4 g/L。最佳条件下,电解效率达到82%,直流电耗为4985 kWh · t-1,电解产品为α-M n ,质量符合国家标准。阴离子交换膜可以减弱阴极浓差极化,有效区分锰沉积峰和析氢还原峰;SO2添加剂可显著抑制析氢反应,降低锰沉积电流,减小直流电耗。%The non-selenium electrodeposition of metal manganese from sulphate-based electrolytic solution using ion membrane reactor was investigated ,and the catholic electrochemical behaviour was tested by cyclic voltammetry .The optimum electrolysis conditions through single factor experiments were found as follows :manganese ion concentration is 30 g/L ,ammonium sulfate concentration is 135 g/L ,temperature is 35 ℃ ,pH is 7 .7 ,current density is 450 A/m2 and SO2 concentration is 0 .4 g/L . Under these conditions ,the current efficiency can be up to 82% ,the DC power consumption can be reduced to 4 985 kWh/t .Manganese phase is α-Mn ,and the product quality meets national standards . Anion-exchange membrane can reduce cathode concentration polarization and distinguish effectively manganese electro-deposition peak from hydrogen evolution reduction peak .SO2 additive can suppress hydrogen reduction reaction and reduce manganese electro-deposition current ,thereby decrease DC power consumption .
