铈盐法脱除氧化锌烟尘净化液中的F-

             

摘要

Removal of fluorinion from zinc sulfate solution of zinc oxide dust using Ce (SO4 )2 · 4H2 O and Ce2 (CO3 )3 respectively was investigated .The technique of XRD was used .The experimental results indicate that Ce(SO4 )2 · 4H2 O has no role on removal of F -from zinc sulfate solution .F-in the solution can form CeCO3 F by adding Ce2 (CO3 )3 and Na2 S2 O3 .T he content of fluoride in the solution is reduced from 0 .638 g/L to 0 .115 g/L .However ,the process has high cost and much more usage of Ce2 (CO3 )3 .%针对氧化锌烟尘净化液中氟含量高的问题,分别以Ce(SO4)2·4H2 O和Ce2(CO3)3为除氟剂,以 H2 O2和Na2 S2 O3为辅助剂,借助X射线衍射(XRD)法,探讨了铈盐沉淀法从氧化锌净化液中除氟的机制。结果表明:Ce(SO4)2·4H2 O难以与净化液中的F-生成沉淀物;在添加Na2 S2 O3后,Ce2(CO3)3与浸出液中的F-生成CeCO3 F沉淀物,可以实现除氟目的,溶液中氟质量浓度可以从0.638 g/L降至0.115 g/L ,但Ce2(CO3)3用量大,成本较高。
