湿法炼锌过程中氟氯脱除技术研究现状

             

摘要

氟、氯是湿法炼锌过程中重点关注的有害元素,其在系统中的含量超过一定限度会对电锌质量产生严重不利影响。近年来,高杂锌精矿及二次锌原料的利用使我国湿法炼锌系统中的氟、氯含量有持续上升趋势。总结分析了湿法炼锌系统中氟、氯的来源与走向,从原理、脱除效果和适用性等方面评述了二次锌原料和硫酸锌溶液中氟、氯脱除技术研究现状,指出应在现有氟氯脱除技术基础上研发低成本、高效率新工艺。%Fluorine and chlorine are harmful elements in zinc hydrometallurgy system ,w hen their contents in the system exceed a certain limits ,the production and electrolytic zinc quality will be affected .In recent years ,due to the utilization of high impurity zinc sulfide concentrates and secondary zinc raw materials ,the content of fluorine and chlorine in zinc hydrometallurgy systems increases .In this paper ,the resources and behaviors of fluorine and chlorine in zinc hydrometallurgy systems are summarized and analyzed ,the current situation on removing fluorine and chlorine from both secondary zinc raw materials and zinc sulfate solutions is reviewed from the principle ,removal efficiency and feasibility .
