《海道测量规范》中水位控制部分修订的要点

摘要

Revision to water level control in Specifications for Hydrographic Survey is made for a new version according to the principle of the quality control.The key points about the revision are given:(①)Many types of methods for tidal correction can be employed,and different criteria should be met.(②)The mean sea level and the chart datum of the short term gauge should be calculated by transfer techniques,and the computation error at the 95％ confidence level should be less than 10cm and 15cm respectively.(③)The whole procedure should be well documented to meet the criteria of quality control.At last,some proposals about the items of specifications and other revision are offered.%以质量控制为主线开展了《海道测量规范》水位控制部分的修订工作,简要阐述了拟修订要点:①对水位改正方法,遵循开放性与要求的针对性原则;②基准面采用传递确定技术,平均海面与深度基准面分别以10cm与15cm作为95％置信度的精度指标;③技术文档实现全过程控制,充分体现质量控制的要求.最后,对规范部分条目设置问题与需开展的相关工作提出了建议.
