This paper focused on two main LiDAR bathymetry systems at home and abroad,LADM-Ⅱ and CZMIL,to study the LiDAR points' coverage.We introduced the mechanical structures of those two systems and built the track model for circular scanning airborne LiDAR bathymetry system.The nominal LiDAR point's track and coverage were compared by means of analog computation,image simulation and statistical analysis.The experimental results could provide a reference for the design of measuring line in actual engineering application and for the systematic design of our country's airborne LiDAR bathymetry.%以国内外两种典型机载激光测深系统CZMIL和LADM-Ⅱ为研究对象,介绍了两种系统的扫描机械结构,并针对椭圆扫描构建了激光点云轨迹模型,采用模拟计算、图形仿真和统计分析等方法对比了两种系统的点云分布及覆盖情况.实验结果能为工程应用中测线布设和改善我国机载激光测深系统设计提供参考.
