冲击式气扳机拧紧扭矩测量不确定度研究

摘要

该文主要研究冲击式气扳机拧紧扭矩测量结果的不确定度评定,按照标准JB/T8411-2006《冲击式气扳机》和GB/T5621-2008《凿岩机械与气动工具性能试验方法》要求,结合新型冲击累积扭矩测量设备,对动态冲击扭矩测量结果进行不确定度评定,验证了该设备扭矩测量的精度,同时为冲击式气扳机扭矩测量结果不确定度评定提供参考.%This paper studies the pneumatic impact wrench tightening torque measurement results uncertainty evaluation,according to the standard JB/T8411-2006 "Pneumatic impact wrenches" and GB/T5621-2008 "Test methods of performance for rock drilling machines and pneumatic tools" requirement,combined with the new impact cumulative torque measuring device,the dynamic impact torque measurement result uncertainty evaluation,to verify the accuracy of the torque measurement of the device,as well as the pneumatic impact wrench torque measurement uncertainty assessment to provide a reference.
