文章研究设计砂浆泵主油缸.砂浆泵主油缸作为泵上重要的液压执行元件,两条油缸配合工作,一条油缸活塞往回运动,另一条往外出.当油缸活塞往回运动时,把和好的料,用机器进料管吸浆,往外出时注浆.此油缸运动速度快、使用频率非常高、振动大、外泄漏控制要求非常严格,同时油缸使用数量大,要求成本较低.%this thesis centers on the limit switch on hydraulic cylinders. The common limit switch on hydraulic cylinders is inductive switch which belongs to high-pressure series. This kind of switch is of high price, so if we use this kind of switch for hydraulic cylinder, it can greatly reduce the cost of the whole products and also good for maintenenace.
