调速型液力偶合器的可靠性研究

摘要

The method of FTF which is based on the failure modeeffect and criticality analysis(FMEA) and fault tree analysis(FTA) is used in the reliability research for variable speed hydrodynamic coupling. The article use the method of FTF to make a qualitative analysis for failure mode of variable speed hydrodynamic coupling. This method identify the key failure mode and important parts then put forward the improvement measures .%将在故障模式、影响及危害度分析（FMECA）、故障树分析（FTA）的基础上综合的FTF方法，运用于调速型液力偶合器的可靠性分析。通过此种方法对调速型液力偶合器的故障模式进行定性分析，从而确定关键故障模式及重要零部件并提出改进措施。
