内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板轴向负载分析

         

摘要

The pressure field model of oil film gap of floating plate is established based on the simulation software FLUENT, the load force and torque of the oil film pressure field on the floating plate are analyzed, and the dynamic load force and moment of the floating plate are obtained. The simulation results show that under the condition of the outlet pressure is 16MPa, the proportion of the load pressure and torque of oil film pressure field are 76.22%and 72.93%, respectively. The analytical results are verified by the back pressure cavity of the ac-tual product, and the compaction coefficients of force and torque are 1.058 and 1.069, respectively.%通过仿真软件FLUENT建立了浮动侧板油膜间隙的压力场模型,分析了油膜压力场作用在浮动侧板上的负载力及其力矩,得到了浮动侧板受到的动态负载力及其力矩.仿真结果表明:在出口压力为16MPa的工况下,在浮动侧板受到的负载力及其力矩中,油膜压力场负载力及其力矩所占比例分别为76.22%和72.93%;利用实际产品背压腔结构对分析结果进行了验证,得到的力和力矩压紧系数分别为1.058和1.069.
