In this paper, by analyzing the screw couplings technical process, the pressure flow compound variable pump can keep the input flow steady during loading pressure changing or prime mover speed is fluctuating. Its pressure can meet the needs of the loading, besides that, it is energy saving. Aim at the pump's feature;redesign the hydraulic system for original screw couplings. After production practice, it can complete meet the production requirements.%该文通过分析某型接箍拧接机的工艺过程,同时结合压力流量复合变量泵具有能在负载压力变化或原动机转速波动时保持与输入控制信号相对应的供往系统的流量不变、同时压力能适应负载的需要、具有明显的节能效果的工作特性,对原拧接机的液压系统进行重新设计.通过生产实践,改造后的液压系统完全满足生产要求.
