建立了节段拼装式造桥机有限元模型,通过对其强度、刚度和稳定性进行校核,给出了箱梁的挠度曲线和屈曲稳定系数值;以上翼板、腹板和下翼板厚度为设计变量,对箱梁质量进行了优化设计;计算结果表明:造桥机强度、刚度和稳定性满足使用要求,优化设计可以进一步减轻重量17.90t,因此,采用优化设计可以有效减少生产制造成本,并为其他造桥机设计提供参考.%EM of segmental assembled bridging machine was established,and the strength,rigidity and stability of it were checked,the de-flection curves of the bridging machine and value of buckling stability coefficient were obtained.The thickness of Upper wing plate,abdomi-nal plate and lower wing plate were usedasvariables to optimize the weight of bridging machine.The result shown that the strength,rigidity and stability of bridging machinesatisfied the operating requirements,and weight of bridging machine was able to decrease 17.90t,therefore, production cost can be reduced effectively by optimum design,and also provided reference for the design of other bridging machine.
