Using 16Sr DNA gene library technology,we studied the succession of microbial communities in a uranium mine tailings during winter to the following summer in Jiangxi. The results surface: Acidimicrobium,ferrooxidans accounted for 48.5%, Leptospirillum ferriphilum accounted for 17.5%, Xanthomonas albilineans accounted for 11.3% ,Mycobacterium SP accounted for 7.2%, and other heterotrophic bacteria accounted for 15.5 %. In summer, Leptospirillum ferriphilum accounted for 87.40%, Nitrobacter winogradskyi accounted for 1%, other heterotrophic bacteria accounted for 11.6% ,and Acidimicrobiumferrooxidans was not detected.%应用16SrDNA基因文库技术研究了江西某铀矿堆浸尾渣冬季到次年夏季微生物群落演替情况.结果表面:冬季Acidimicrobium ferrooxidans占48.5%,Leptospirillum ferriphilum占17.5%,Xan thomonas albilineans占11.3%,Mycobacterium sp占7.2%,其它异养菌占15.5%.夏季Leptospirillum ferriphilum占87.40%,Nitrobacter winogradskyi占1%,其它异养菌占11.6%,Acidimicrobium ferrooxi dans未检出.
