不同基质对短序润楠种子发芽及生长节律的影响

         

摘要

Comparative analysis of seed germination and seedling growth of Machilus breviflora was conducted by using sand,turfy soil,garden soil and their mixed soil as the substrates.The result showed that,significant differences of seed germination and growth of Machilus breviflora was found by using different substrates.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of using mixed soil and garden soil were significantly higher than using sand and turfy soil,but the highest height of seedling when new leaves unfold was using turfy soil.The characteristics of seedling growth of Machilus breviflora under different substrates were showed that,the early growth patterns were consistent with Logistic curve,and the significant consistency (R2 >0.998)was demonstrated in derived models of height and time,and reached a significant level of correlation.According to the two inflection points of Logistic growth curve equation,the growth process of Machilus breviflora could be divided into three periods,initial peak,maximum peak and end of peak, and the growth of seedlings during the peak stage were more than half of total volume.%比较分析了河沙、草炭土、园土及三者的混合土对短序润楠种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同基质处理下短序润楠种子发芽及生长具有显著差异,混合土和黄心土的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数等均明显高于河沙和草炭土,但草炭土的叶片展开时的苗高最大。不同基质处理下的短序润楠幼苗的生长特性表明,幼苗早期生长规律符合Logistic曲线特征,其方程拟合模型的决定系数(R2)均大于0.998,达到显著相关水平。根据Logistic曲线方程上两个生长拐点可以将短序润楠的生长过程划分为渐增期、速生期、缓增期,其中处于速生期幼苗的苗高生长量均超过总量的50%。
