闽楠容器育苗基质筛选及大田育苗富根壮苗试验

         

摘要

The results from matrix screening selection experiment for container nursery and root enrichment and seedling strengthening experiment in field for Phoebe bournei seedling culture showed as follows:The optimum fomula of matrix for container nursery of Phoebe bournei was peat soil ∶yellow subsoil ∶decomposed organic fertilizer ∶Ca-Mg-P fertilizer =70∶20 ∶5 ∶5.There was significant difference in number of Grade I lateral root with length larger than 5cm,seedling height growth and ground diameter growth after spraing GGR6 on leaves with different concentrations in field.Considering the factor of cost,the measure of spraying 20 mg/L GGR6 on leaves for 3 times could be taken,which could increase 80% of the number of Grade I lateral root with length,25% of seedling height growth,15% of ground diameter growth by compa-ring with control.%闽楠容器育苗基质筛选及大田育苗富根壮苗试验结果表明:闽楠容器育苗基质最佳配方为泥炭土∶黄心土∶腐熟有机肥∶钙镁磷肥=70∶20∶5∶5。不同浓度 GGR6叶面喷施处理后的闽楠大田苗,其苗木根长>5 cm 的Ⅰ级侧根数、苗高生长、地径生长均有显著差异。考虑到成本因素,宜采用20 mg/L GGR6液连续喷施苗木叶面3次,可使苗木>5 cm 的Ⅰ级侧根数比对照增加80%以上,苗木高生长比对照增加25%以上,苗木地径生长比对照增加15%以上。
