省级农业科研机构技术转移问题初探——以湖南省水稻研究所为例

摘要

技术转移是科技成果转化为生产力的必经途径.水稻作为我国主要的粮食作物,其科技成果技术转移的效率能否提高显得尤为重要.通过调查湖南省水稻研究所技术转移的现状,提出了科研单位在水稻乃至整个农业产业的科研成果技术转移中存在的问题,并结合相关资料进行分析,从科研机构的角度提出了改进的建议.%Technology transfer plays a critical role in the conversion of technological achievements into productivity. As the main food crop in China, it is a matter of improving the technology transfer efficiency of paddy rice. Through investigating the status quo of technology transfer in Hunan Rice Research Institute, the problems existing in the process of technological achievements transfer in rice industry even in whole agricultural industry were analyzed based on statistical data of Hunan's statistical yearbooks and reference documents, and some improving suggestions were proposed from the point of research institute.
