关于完善农业科研单位老年工作的思考——以湖南省土壤肥料研究所为例

摘要

随着老龄化社会的到来,作为社会工作重要组成部分的老年工作,是维护单位及社会稳定的一项基础性工作,也是构建和谐社会的重要内容和内在要求.以湖南省土壤肥料研究所为例,论述了做好老年人工作,应从本单位老年人的特点出发,并在分析老年工作的重点及难点的基础上,提出了新形式下做好农业科研单位老年工作的建议.%With the arrival of the aging society, the works about the elderly, an important part of social work, are not only the basic works,for maintaining the stability of unit and society, but also the important content and the inherent requirement of constructing harmonious society. Taking Hunan Soil and Fertilizer Institute as an example, on the basis of analyzing the key points and difficult points in the works about the elderly, the countermeasures, suggestions and experiences for doing good works about the elderly in agricultural research institute according to the characters of the elderly in the unit under new forms were put forward.
