氯虫苯甲酰胺对菜青虫鱼尼丁受体基因表达量的影响

     

摘要

利用荧光定量PCR技术比较了氯虫苯甲酰胺敏感和抗性种群菜青虫中鱼尼丁受体基因表达量的差异,并研究了低剂量的氯虫苯甲酰胺连续和间断饲喂敏感菜青虫后其鱼尼丁受体基因表达量的变化趋势。结果表明:抗性种群菜青虫鱼尼丁受体基因表达量是敏感种群表达量的6.32倍;低剂量的氯虫苯甲酰胺可使菜青虫蛹(3龄幼虫处理后12 d)中的鱼尼丁受体基因表达量显著增加;连续饲喂可使菜青虫鱼尼丁受体基因持续高表达,而间断饲喂后第8天表达量显著降低。%The differences in expression level of ryanodine receptor (RyR) gene inPieris rapae (L.) 3rd larvae between chlorantraniliprole sensitive group and chlorantraniliprole resistant group were compared using realtime lfuorescence quantitative, and the variation trends of expression level of RyR gene inPieris rapae from sensitive group of after continuous and intermittent treatment with low dose of chlorantraniliprole were also studied. The results showed that expression level of RyR gene inPieris rapae from the chlorantraniliprole resistant group was 6.32-fold of that from the chlorantraniliprole resistant group; low dose of chlorantraniliprole can signiifcantly increase the expression level of RyR gene in pupae ofPieris rapae; moreover, continuous treatment can maintain high expression level of RyR gene inPieris rapae, but the expression level of RyR gene inPieris rapae reduced obviously at the 8th d after intermittent treatment.
