为确定太子参试管苗的最佳施肥水平,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以太子参试管苗为材料,研究了尿素、钙镁磷肥与硫酸钾不同施用量对秋季太子参试管苗繁育原原种产量影响的研究。结果表明:当尿素施用量为30 kg/667m2、钙镁磷肥施用量为35 kg/667m2、硫酸钾施用量为5 kg/667m2时(处理8),太子参原原种产量最高,高达163.14 kg/667m2。%In order to determine the best fertilization levels of tube seedlings of Radix Pseudostellariae, The experiment takes Radix Pseudostellariae plantlets for example, using L9 (34) orthogonal design for exploring the effect of different urea nitrogen concentration, calcium magnesium phosphate concentration and different sulfate potassium dosage on yield of plantlets of Radix Pseudostellariae at autumn. The results showed that when the urea amount to 450 kg/hm2, calcium magnesium phosphate application amount to 525 kg/hm2, sulfate potassium for 75 kg/hm2 (treatment 8), the yield was the highest, 2447.10 kg/hm2.
