自发地理信息采集平台研究

摘要

According to the characteristics of long development cycle and inefifcient of traditional manual plotting data acquisition mode, put forward the creation of geographic information, maintenance and application can be completed by the public. Based on the construction of spontaneous geographic information acquisition platform, developed the data acquisition based on mobile and the information label and report management system based on WEB terminal, achieve the function of multi user online labeling, attribute data intelligent address matching and generate spatial data, online examination and approval reported data, analysis and statistics, and other functions, for fast discovery, change of geographical information under the condition of information label, transfer and integration, to achieve the rapid update, maintenance and management of geographic information.%针对传统的手工标绘数据采集模式存在周期长、效率低等特点，提出地理信息的创建、维护和应用可以由大众完成。通过构建自发地理信息采集平台，开发基于移动端的数据采集和WEB端的信息标报管理系统，实现多用户在线标注、属性数据智能地址匹配生成空间数据、在线审批上报数据、分析与统计等功能，用于信息化条件下地理信息变化的快速发现、标注、传递与整合，实现地理信息快速更新维护和管理。
