The development of seed industry is an important guarantee for the construction of modern agriculture and food security. In the new period of agricultural supply side reform, seed industry is playing an important role in promoting agricultural development. This paper introduces the present situation of seed industry development in Jiangsu Province, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward to strengthen the combination of enterprises and promote the integration and large-scale of resources; pay attention to small and medium enterprises and encourage them to move towards specialization; strengthening the consciousness of supervision and management and promoting the overall quality management of seed enterprises; strengthen personnel training, improve the independent R & D capability of enterprises; developing the electronic commerce of seed industry and other countermeasures.%种子产业的发展是现代农业和粮食安全的重要保障,在农业供给侧改革的新时期,种业更是发挥着推动农业发展的重要作用.介绍了江苏省种业发展现状,对存在问题进行分析,提出了加强企业联合,促进资源整合和规模化;重视中小型企业,鼓励其走向专业化道路;强化监督管理意识,推进种子企业全面质量管理;加强人才培养,提高企业自主研发能力,以及发展种业的电子商务等发展对策.
