The paper systematically analyzed the problems of photoelectric characteristics arising from optical cable con-structing, and presented effective solutions to cope with these prolems.%文章通过对光缆实际施工过程中出现的光电特性问题进行系统分析，并相应地提出了有效的解决办法。
