With the application of technology of wireless internet, it is possible to modify and upgrade existing tradi-tional house hold mailboxes, thus it is possible to detect the letters posted to the mailboxes through the infrared sensors inside the boxes, and send the signals to pcDuino control center, in virtue of network module, the control center starts up the mail service,and send e-mails to the e-mail addresses binded to the users and inform users the new letters, users can also receive information remindings on WeChat , such a combination of traditional mailbox and e-mail address will greatly improve the application efficiency of traditional mailboxes.%利用无线物联网技术对现有家庭传统信箱进行改造升级，使投到信箱中的信件，经由箱内的红外传感器检测，将信号并发送给pcDuino控制中心，控制中心借助网络模块启动邮件服务，向用户绑定的电子邮箱发送电子邮件，告知用户有新的信件，用户同时还可以在微信收到信息提醒，这种传统邮箱和电子邮箱结合的形式将大大提高传统邮箱的使用效率。
